Return and Exchange Conditions

As Modenza Home, we use the foreground of the customer area. If you want to return the products you purchased, we kindly ask you to read the return conditions stated below completely.

General Return Conditions
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days after receiving the product.

  • The product must be returned complete and unused in its original packaging.

  • Products that have been installed, used, damaged or missing parts cannot be returned.

  • Shipping costs are included in product returns. However, in the event of an error resulting from these (wrong product, defective product, etc.), the shipping costs will be covered by Modenza Home.

  • Before returning your product, you must send an e-mail to modenzahome@gmail.com or contact customer service at +90 533 233 75 04 to notify us of your return request.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not included in the efficiency scope:

  • Special production and custom designed products

  • Installed or used products

  • Items that are damaged, missing parts or not in their original packaging

  • Promotional or discounted products (Returns are accepted only if a manufacturing defect or damage is detected.)

Return Process
  1. Cancellation of your return request: For a return, you must contact us via e-mail at modenzahome@gmail.com or by phone at +90 533 233 75 04.

  2. Safe packaging of the product: The product must be packaged completely with its original box, all accessories and invoice.

  3. Ship by cargo: Deliver the product to the registered cargo company according to the instructions given to you.

  4. Return and fee payment: Once the product reaches our warehouse and is checked, the return process will be completed within 7-10 business days and your payment will be refunded according to the payment method you used.

Change Conditions
  • You can exchange the purchased product for a different product if it is in stock.

  • The product's change process progresses like the return process.

Damaged or Missing Items
  • When you receive your order, please check if there is any damage to the outer packaging of your package.

  • If the package is damaged, crushed or torn, open it and check it with the cargo officer before delivering the product and keep a damage report.

  • You can contact customer service regarding damaged or missing products.
